THE PACKAGING
- Is your packaging made from recycled materials?
Yes, our paper packaging is made from recovered paper pulp which would have otherwise been thrown away. It is processed into unbleached ‘craft’ paper. Due to its recycled nature, this paper will vary slightly in its shade depending on the batch.
RETAIL & WHOLESALE
- Can I buy wholesale?

- Do you sell to retail outlets?

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
- My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We are very sorry to hear that. We did not intentionally send you damaged product. Unfortunately, it does happen sometimes that you may receive a damaged item. In that case, please just send us an email to [email protected] and we'll take care of that.
- What's the return policy?
You may return your product within 30 days of receipt for a refund (no questions asked), minus the shipping costs. All products must be returned in original resealable condition. It can not be used and must contain original packing box. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the product and inform you via email.

- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal payments. All transactions are 100% secure.
- How long does the shipping take?
UK: 2-3 working days
EU: 5-7 working days
Overseas: 7-10 working days
- How soon after I place my order will it be shipped?
Items ordered before 12 noon will be shipped on the same day, anything ordered after will be shipped the following day apart from Friday when the item(s) will be shipped the following Monday.
We ship all items via Royal Mail.
